Data Protection Officer (DPO) Services

We offer a range of DPO services, acting under the Data Protection Act 2018 and EU GDPR as you DPO or providing support and additional resource for DPOs and those responsible for data protection compliance within your organisation, helping them balance the tasks they are required to perform under the Data Protection Act 2018 and EU GDPR.

  • Appointment as your official DPO, carrying out all tasks required under EU GDPR
  • Creating and reviewing data protection compliance programmes
  • Managing data subject rights requests (SAR's) and responses
  • Providing breach notification advice including assisting with communications to regulators and data subjects, as well as forensic support.
  • Reviewing the output of data protection impact assessments (DPIA's) and advising on proposed privacy risk and solutions. We also can support PIA's on new projects.
  • Act as your Chair, to organise and direct your Information Security & Business Continuity committee (IS&BC) meetings that supports the governance for your Executive Management.
  • Advising and assisting with ICO and other regulatory investigations on your behalf
  • Reviewing the output of internal data protection audits, privacy risks and mitigating controls
  • Provide on-site contact and support with training.
  • Preparing quarterly data protection board reports and other associated documentation
